Extracted the code into a local var, but about the second part,
unfortunately it won't work because I saw that for Iceberg it can be
`inColumnCnt + staticPartitionColumnCnt == outColumnCnt` or` inColumnCnt ==
outColumnCnt` and the suggested expression won't cover the first case.
