Review Comment:
   The current isValidPort method allows port 0, but as per the error message 
**"Port number out of range (1-65535)"**, port 0 is reserved and should not be 
used. 
   To make the logic consistent with the error message and for proper 
validation, the check can be updated from
    **return port >= 0 && port <= 65535;**
    to 
     **return port >= 1 && port <= 65535;**
