I modified the code to retrieve the tokens from the proxy user's
UserGroupInformation (via getCurrentUser()) and return if a
HIVE_DELEGATION_TOKEN exists.
However, I'm not sure how best to implement the part that fetches the
HIVE_DELEGATION_TOKEN and checks if it's valid.
