I need it in HiveIcebergRESTCatalogClientAdapter which is in iceberg-catalog
module. IcebergTableUtil is in iceberg-handler module which references
iceberg-catalog, so I can not reference IcebergTableUtil from
HiveIcebergRESTCatalogClientAdapter, since it would add circular dependency.
