Since we don't want to change/add any testing related methods to the actual class, these mocks are required so that I can call the constructor for [VectorMapJoinFastHashTableLoader](https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/master/ql/src/java/org/apache/hadoop/hive/ql/exec/vector/mapjoin/fast/VectorMapJoinFastHashTableLoader.java#L86).
