@okumin, just thinking out loud and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong,
writing the modified schema can lead to concurrency problems when UT (splits)
are running parallely.
I understand why you want changes in QTestSysDbHandler instead of CliDriver.
I'll see if its possible and update accordingly.
