Review Comment:
   If we cache the RDBMS entry, I think it can be on the pure HMS side. I 
haven't checked if it's possible or not.
   P.S. This means, if we can cache `table_type=ICEBERG`, we can probably cache 
other types of tables. Iceberg REST can be just one user of the caching 
mechanism if we can push it into the normal HMS side. If it is impossible, 
probably, it could be a sign that we should not cache `table_type=ICEBERG`
