* Language manual
* Admin manual
* User Manual
* HCatalog Manual
* Webhcat Manual
2. Drop obsolete/redundant pages

* gettingstarted-eclipsesetup_27362091.md
* home_27362069.md
* roadmap_27362057.md
* userguide_27362066.md
The content of home_27362069.md was one of the basis that was used to create
the section decomposition above.
3. Remove General navigation links from HCatalog/WebHCat pages
Every HCatalog/WebHCat page had some links to navigate back to the top of
the documentation. All those links are redundant and difficult to maintain
given the new structure of the doc.
6. Add frontmatter title for capture-lineage-info.md to fix display in
sections
7. Update some links due to refactoring to avoid unreachable pages
8. Add new menu entries for navigating to content under new location
9. Restore original page covering the design of the OuterJoinBehavior
