@zhangbutao For all links to deprecated wiki there is a dedicated ticket (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-29102) thus out of scope of the current PR. The "Apache Hive: DesignDocs" page (`designdocs_27362075.md`) has some extra information about the status of each document so its not completely redundant. If we don't care about the status we can drop it. We could drop the "Language Manual" menu, I don't feel strongly about it. The removal of "changelog" and "Overview of Major Changes" can be debatable so better handle it apart in a separate PR. In general, I didn't want to drop a lot of content in this PR to keep the focus on restructuring.
