@Aggarwal-Raghav, thank you for the review! I've fixed the `reduce` for `hcatalog/bin/hcatcfg.py` as well. The script `testutils/gen-report.py` needs a big refactoring to make it python 3 compatible, so I consider it out-of-scope for this ticket (which aims to fix the scripts used by the itests).
