`MetaStoreUtils` probably is ok as well
However, why do we ever need to consult HMS for iceberg table partition
information (`hmsTable.getPartitionKeys()`) ??? - it's not stored there,
iceberg manages in natively and exposes via HiveIcebergStorageHandler.
