Hi Ignacio,

I had some problems with my laptop. Because of that I had to start from
the beginning. Maybe a virtual machine on a not-so-new laptop is not the
best environment for this, because again, it took me hours and hours (it
was 2 or 3 days, but I paused the virtual machine from time to time
because I had to do other stuff, and sometimes I didn't look at it for
some hours and than there was an issue with a missing package or something).

Finally I got to the same error as before. :D I did everything as you
said and used your jhbuildrc file.

"VALAC libgitg_libgitg_1_0_la_vala.stamp
error: Package `ggit-1.0' not found in specified Vala API directories or
GObject-Introspection GIR directories."

While building gitg. Everything before was solveable with installing the
right package. But I just can't find out, what ggit-1.0 is, why it is
missing and how I get it.

Regards,
  David
