`ALTER TABLE p SET SCHEMA o` failed with `Expected: (, found: SCHEMA`, although PostgreSQL documents `SET SCHEMA` as a form of [`ALTER TABLE`](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-altertable.html) and [`ALTER FOREIGN TABLE`](https://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/sql-alterforeigntable.html). It now parses into `AlterTableOperation::SetSchema`, holding the new schema name, in the same shape as the existing `SET SCHEMA` operations of `ALTER VIEW`, `ALTER FUNCTION` and `ALTER COLLATION`. `ALTER FOREIGN TABLE` shares the table operation list, so it parses as well. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
