@rovf thanks for trying to help nail down the details. The only one snag with those suggestions is that the dialog is not the plugin's, its the general Geany save code that does the popup, no matter what is trying to do the save, this plugin, geany itself, or some other plugin. So adding extra buttons is just for this plugin is not possible, its going to affect much more than just this plugin.
