You do not seem to have a Clojure interpreter command named `clj`. Geany just comes with sort of common tools set as build commands, you're expected to [configure build commands](http://www.geany.org/manual/current/#set-build-commands) for your own computer if you have are running something else.
If you get no output from running `which clj` at the shell, this is almost certainly not a bug and just a support question about configuring the build commands (better on mailing list). I don't know anything about Clojure except that I think you need to install a Java runtime environment, at least, to run the programs, so I can't give specific advice. --- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
