Well, providing a set of basic values for some generic tags to be included in the distributors data file is fine, but since it has none of the distro specific parts we shouldn't install it. IMHO if distros want screenshots they should provide their own, taken on their distro with their theme so it matches the style of the rest of the software in the distribution.
