[Github-comments] [geany/geany] wrong error message when file locked by another program (#1317)

For example when file online.csv opened with Microsoft Excel, Geany write error 
message "15:42:47: Error opening file C:\Program Files (x86)\Geany: Is a 
directory" when I try open online.csv file.
