@masatake it was originally `{ true, 'p', "procedure", "procedure" },` when
the parser was first committed, then it changed to `{ true, 'p', "prototype",
"procedure" },` then to the current value in commits

This happened back in 2009 and the originators of the commits making the
changes are no longer active in Geany, so its unlikely that they will notice
and explain why. @b4n should be able to say if its critical to current Geany.
