@probonopd remember [this comment](https://github.com/geany/geany/issues/1303#issuecomment-260706578) and [this comment](https://github.com/geany/geany/issues/1303#issuecomment-260731920) are __you__ going to maintain it?
If so then similar to the OSX support possibly we could provide a geany/appimage repository that you could use and, as said before, link to it from the website as we do for OSX.
