Using Geany 1.37 (git >= 5cc69b3d) with GTK 3.22.11, GLib 2.50.3 on Debian Stretch 64-bits. When pressing the Orca shortcut to hear the title bar, Orca only announce "Geany". When pressing Alt+Tab, the file name is announced, it is only when using the Orca shortcut to announce the Title bar.
