To be quite frank, I have to admire that such an extensive open source project resorts to patronizing shortcut hackery to resolve language picking, when the issue has already been reported 2 years now and affects all foreign locale Windows installations (most commonly found in beginner environments). Also mentioning the context menu issue here to keep it linked with the very relevant need for this issue to be addressed.
