As I don't speak German, I don't know what "Gehe zu Zeile" is.

My point is that whats printed on the keytops is not necessarily what Geany
sees, at least English keyboards only have an upper case letter printed on
them, but without shift or caps lock they produce a lower case code, thats why
its important to talk about the keycode, not necessarily the keytops. Because
Geany (and I) can't see your keytops and the mapping to codes is locale
dependent.

So please show what it says on the Geany keybindings dialog for the action, not
what the keytops or menu says.

Its unfortunate that GTK chooses to show uppercase in the menu, but thats not
something we can control.

By the way if you are unsure what code a particular key combo makes you can use
the change dialog in the Geany prefs keybindings to show it.

On that basis IIUC you are saying that `<primary>l` won't work as a keybinding
on any action? Can you set it on something else and have it work? Can you
then set it back on the original and does it work?

PS I don't know if `<primary>` on keycodes is translated, I hope not
