LexJulia has been merged upstream by Scintilla (https://github.com/ScintillaOrg/lexilla/commit/6ee6b086a1920fdafe3af41eecbd865d52162ec7 and later commits for minor corrections). I will push a clean rebase of this PR so it can be merged to geany.
