@elextr Is it possible to use GTK code to handle the accelerator in case if 
there is no default action bound to the combination?

I am not really familiar with GTK but I think we can take advantage of the 
hierarchical structure of GUI elements to always register the `Ctrl+Shift+V` 
accelerator on a parent element which will catch it.
