@clark713 The patched code uses the `linesPerScroll` value (or 4 if thats 0), and `linesPerScroll` is set from the windows system parameter [here](https://github.com/geany/geany/blob/5d4e7cfd5b12647b4cab9bda7278abd7f63e9c2f/scintilla/gtk/ScintillaGTK.cxx#L262) so maybe look at what that parameter is set to in Windows (`Settings->Bluetooth & devices->Mouse->Scrolling->Lines to scroll at a time` default 3 on this Windows 11 tablet)
