The miscellaneous items are ones that do not fit anywhere else, hard to find a better name for it. Most IDEs have a similar attic where they put stuff that nobody has a place for, Vscode calls it "Other" which doesn't add anything to "Miscellaneous".
The "Various" is not anything, it is a collection of items that are rarely used and not necessarily related. So there is no good umbrella name for the section.
