Use "/S" to perform a silent installation. Additionally you can use "/D=c:\..." to specify the installation directory. For more details see https://nsis.sourceforge.io/Docs/Chapter3.html#installerusagecommon.
I'm not sure but it might be that the silent installation will automatically remove a previously installed version.
