Oh, typst is a markup language.

Filetypes for new programming languages are not added to Geany by plugins, they 
are built-in, see the manual, and README and HACKING and other filetypes.

It is possible to customise a filetype (see the manual) if an existing markup 
is "close enough" to the syntax, but for a markup language with its own syntax 
its probably unlikely, YMMV.
