Just to be sure, are you using the LSP plugin from the installer here https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins/actions/runs/12283983695 ?
Because before I made the changes related to process spawning, the plugin behaved so that it launched a separate console window in which it launched the server and one got the same logs as you did.
