dealerofallthecats created an issue (geany/geany#4413) I've got a setup with matugen to generate colours off of my background. The problem is, geany only seems to respect the theme that is explictly put in `~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini`.
I would like to ask for geany to read out of `~/.config/gtk-3.0/gtk.css` as well.
