nPHYN1T3 left a comment (geany/geany#4055) Just a quick check back in and a screencap to show this is still an issue. In this the "Always On Top" bit isn't in effect but as happens far too often Geany does not show itself to Taskbar (lxpanel) or wmctrl but it's clearly open...
