WrapEarnPass created an issue (geany/geany-plugins#1565) The workbench context dialog contains add and remove, but not rename.

Projorg calls it New File, New Directory Workbench calls it Create File, Create Directory Geany (without any plugins) does not support New Directory, but does have New for a file. Using this as a base, Projorg comes closest, and would suggest standardizing around its terms.
