Thanks for the PR reference, I wasn't aware of it. To add the tags to the wiki, just register and then you can edit the tags page (https://wiki.geany.org/tags/start).
First upload your file while editing the page, there is an icon in the edit toolbar to upload files (the icon is sort of an image frame).
