WrapEarnPass left a comment (geany/geany#4620) I should note I did find instructions for building. It's not like there is no documentation. But, both https://wiki.geany.org/howtos/win32/crosscompile and https://wiki.geany.org/howtos/win32/msys2 seem out of date. /crosscompile very much so, as it references svn. /msys seems like it was pre 2.1, and I had discounted it as a potential solution. In order to do my due diligence, I will clean my build space and try it anyway.
