Mr-Luckyowl created an issue (geany/geany#4647) On non POSIX OS, like Windows you are not able to change from --lang=DE to --lang=EN without deleting some other language files. But I have posted, on my https://github.com/Mr-Luckyowl/geany.git, an idea on my fork from geany. Maybe you find it useful.
