Is this change necessary? I understand why we are using VS2017 in the conda package but why in the wheels? I'm sort of -0.5 on this unless there is a concrete reason why we can't keep using VS2015 (because it may require users to install a different C++ redistributable than the VS2015 one that other packages require) ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
