Could you try the following command with this change to collect the HTTP error response on download? ```shell BINTRAY_REPOSITORY=kszucs/arrow dev/release/03-binary.sh 0.17.1 1 packages/... ``` If we can know the unhandled HTTP error response, we can improve retry logic in this pull request.
