@rjzamora `num_rows` is already available on the RowGroupInfo object (https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/cd3ed605857994575326c072bbfcf995541fa80e/python/pyarrow/_dataset.pyx#L845-L847) For the `total_byte_size`, can you open a JIRA for this?
