Hmmmm...I have some problems about this pr. If we treat UDTF as an expression, does it mean that it can only produce one column? As I mentioned before (https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/pull/2177#issuecomment-1094208748), it's more like a table so that we can `select * from` it and get any number of columns.
