I'm seeing some new CI failures for GCS tests (cleanup on python conda directories) that I'm not seeing locally with either docker compose or my own local build, not sure if something funny happened with the source code. I'm not sure I'll have time to investigate build/CI issues further this week so it getting this checked in might need to wait until the next release.
