I guess that @gandronchik wants to chain each result(ArrayRef) of
`TableFunctionImplementation` into a multi-column result (see the code in
`TableFunStream::batch`). But I agree that `Arc<dyn Fn(&[ColumnarValue]) ->
Result<Vec<ColumnarValue>> + Send + Sync>` is more proper.
