The way I implemented it is closer to `parse_date_time2()` and `fast_stptime()` we coalesce through all the possible `formats` built from the specified / passed `orders`. `select_formats` is tricky since it is involved in the inference part which I tried to steer clear of. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
