Cheappie opened a new issue, #1667: URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs/issues/1667
Pinned flatbuffer version makes it harder to combine DataFusion and Arrow libs with different versions. It was good temporary fix at the time, but It seems that the versions that were affected by incompatible changes were dropped from crates.io.
