**Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge? Please describe
what you are trying to do.**
I would like to be able to run queries with grouping sets (such as `ROLLUP`
and `CUBE`) that also use the `grouping` aggregate function. As described in
the [Spark reference
guide](https://spark.apache.org/docs/latest/sql-ref-functions-builtin.html#aggregate-functions),
`grouping(col)` indicates whether a specified column in a GROUP BY is
aggregated or not, returns 1 for aggregated or 0 for not aggregated in the
result set.",

   **Describe the solution you'd like**
Implement the `grouping()` aggregate function in the SQL planner.

   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   None

   **Additional context**
   None
