@nealrichardson this is improved overall according to your suggestions and - it will only upload if all tests jobs succeed + check for files in `r_nightly.yml` - added ubuntu 22.04 (deactivated for now as the test jobs would fail due to `distro-map.csv`, turn back on after [this](https://github.com/ursa-labs/arrow-r-nightly/pull/23) is merged) Once we have some files uploaded to nightlies.a.o I would like to add pruning and multi-version PACKAGES in a follow up. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
