Review Comment:
   Yes, but what I mean is that if caches get evicted too often, then we won't 
benefit from caching :-)
   Is 500 MB really too small for our CI builds? Note this is 500 MB 
_compressed_, so cannot be directly compared to the size of `.o` files you may 
have in a build directory.
