The actual error is fixed, the build failed due to missing mac installer and some unrelated issue with the installation of tidyselect in the rstudio/r-base4.1-bionic image. Initially it was unclear what the issue was so I added `ARROW_R_DEV` to make the build verbose this showed, that the `.Rprofile` with the `dev_repo` option was not picked up correctly, I fixed this by using `R_PROFILE_USER`. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
