Inspired by @jorgecarleitao 's comment on https://github.com/apache/arrow-datafusion/issues/2709#issuecomment-1167334326 Given how core the object store abstraction is to datafusion and thus how core https://crates.io/crates/object_store would be if this PR is merged, can we clarify / change how this object store crate is governed? Are we planning to donate it to apache arrow (to be included in the `arrow-datafusion` repo)?
