Most warnings are fixed, except:
- Sphinx/Breathe can't parse some C++ declarations (not much we can do about
that here, I think)
- Breathe apparently doesn't handle overridden members properly in all
cases, and thinks it's a duplicate instead:
If I can find time, I'll see if I can replicate for upstream
