I moved the `FunctionMapping` into `ExtensionIdRegistry` and reworked a few things. I think this is ready for review now. I did try to avoid unnecessary changes but there are a few cleanups in here as well. @rtpsw this will likely have some (hopefully limited) impact on the UDF work you have ongoing. @vibhatha I still need to think through what impacts this will have on aggregates.
